Gene Hyde – Web Sites Column
Gene Hyde has been writing about folk, rock, and jazz music for over two decades, contributing music columns and reviews to papers in North Carolina, Arkansas, and Tennessee. He is currently a contributing writer for CD Hotlist: New Releases for Libraries. He has degrees in Library Science and Appalachian Studies, and is employed as the Archivist and Appalachian Collection Librarian at Radford University. He was previously curator of the John Quincy Wolf Folklore Collection at Lyon College.
